Please note that this is the official 39th EPOS 2021 Congress website for the registrations and that no other websites, companies or agencies are authorised to sell the registrations in any way or to contact you directly

In order to avoid any inconvenience and facilitate log in activities, we strongly recommend to register not later 12 April 2021, which would allow to receive the log in access code in due time before the beginning of the sessions. Registrations after this date will be of course possible but log in process might require some time and there may be delays in receiving the access code.

** Application for Allied Health Professional fee should be certified by a certificate stating the applicant’s status at the time of registration, to be up-loaded (pdf and jpg format is required) during the registration process

*** Application for the residents/fellows/trainees fee should be certified by a letter from the head of the department stating the applicant’s status at the time of registration, to be up-loaded (pdf and jpg format is required) during the registration process

****The Registration to the Pre-meeting course on April 14th includes only the participation in the course.

The payment of the registration fee is compulsory to participate in the Congress both as auditor or as an oral or poster presenter.

The Registration Fee for Delegates includes:

  • Admission to all sessions
  • Admission to the exhibition area
  • Certificate of attendance
  • CME credits

TERMS OF PAYMENT

Registrations can be confirmed only after receipt of full prepayment. Payments can be processed through:

Credit cards The following credit cards are accepted: American Express, VISA, MasterCard

  • Off-line registrations and requests of pro-forma invoices sent by fax or mail are subject to an additional € 19,00 administration charge
  • Any modification on VAT number or billing address, requested after the issuing of the invoice incurs a € 30,00 administration charge.
  • Name changes incur a handling fee of € 39,00 per registration.

CANCELLATIONS AND REIMBURSEMENT

For any change or cancellation a written notification must be sent to OIC Housing & Registration - Fax +39 055 57 02 27, E-mail:

  • For cancellations received by February 12, 2021: a penalty charge of 30% will be applied.
  • For cancellations received by March 31, 2021: a penalty charge of 70% will be applied.
  • No refund will be processed for cancellations received after March 31, 2021.

Should a delegate not attend the congress, for whatever reasons, no further claims for reimbursement can be made.
